Koala is where things are supposed to kick off in full, a sort of quick manifesto of what else is come. Guitars, loops and a sorta funk bassline. The whole album was sort of a celebration of things a little more upbeat. Also saw the first real layering of guitars / effects to make a huge ambient wash, a sound I still love and appears consistently on Nothing Totally Changes. I had just discovered the glory of the Line 6 Guitar Port...
